Prepare and choose an audio preview

Export a lightweight, mastered audio file and use the visual selector to choose the 30 seconds that best represent the song.

The website player is for artist-controlled previews. A short uploaded file starts quickly, avoids requiring a streaming-service login, and gives you control over the exact moment a new listener hears.

Export 30 seconds as AAC or MP3 at 128–192 kbps, 44.1 kHz, stereo. Use the mastered song as your source and avoid uploading a full WAV when a small browser-ready preview will do the same job.

Choose the moment

In the Track editor, play the uploaded audio and drag the preview window across the waveform. Start a fraction before the musical idea so the first beat or lyric does not feel clipped. Listen once on phone speakers and once on headphones before publishing.

Rights still matter

Only upload audio you control or have permission to use. The preview remains publicly reachable as part of the Track page.
