Quick answers
These answers cover the questions artists usually ask before installation and while building their first version.
The Free edition includes the theme, catalog, content, Profile, Events, Shop, Forms, and public artist website. You can build and publish a complete artist-owned foundation before activating connected services.
The Full Experience adds Insights, managed Smart Links, Campaigns, Fans, connected services, and private updates according to the active subscription.
No. Your installed public site and artist-owned WordPress content remain in your installation. Managed synchronization, private updates, and subscription services pause according to the plan terms.
Yes. Use a staging copy first when the existing site already has public content, commerce, or custom templates. That gives you room to review the migration before changing the live theme.
Only when you want to sell products, downloads, or subscriptions. The public Shop remains hidden when no products are published.
Yes. Use a current WordPress host with HTTPS, supported PHP and database versions, reliable backups, and enough resources for your media and traffic.
No. Supported automatic connections use the provider’s own authorization screen. Never send a provider password, client secret, license key, or access token through a public form or support screenshot.
Yes. The product is built around portable artist-owned content and exportable fan records. Keep periodic backups and exports as part of your normal business routine.
A 30-second AAC or MP3 at 128–192 kbps, 44.1 kHz, stereo is a practical starting point. It loads much faster than a full WAV while preserving enough quality for a browser preview.
No. Media spend, payment processing, ticket fees, merchandise production, hosting, taxes, and separately billed provider usage remain external costs.
Yes. Create a separate WordPress user for each trusted person and give them only the role needed for their work. Do not share one administrator login.
Start with Help search. If the guide does not resolve the issue, use the support link and include the affected URL, device, browser, and steps that reproduce the problem.
