Effective date: August 4, 2026 Version: 2026-08-04
This policy applies to purchases of Artist DRVVYN Engine from DRVVYN Sound LLC.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel a Full Experience subscription from your customer dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. You keep access through that date unless the subscription was refunded, charged back, terminated for abuse, or applicable law requires a different result.
Initial subscription refunds
If the Full Experience is not right for you, contact hello@drvvynsound.com within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge. Include the account email and order number, but never send payment-card details or your license key. We will review the request and, when eligible, refund the initial subscription payment to the original payment method.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable because access continues for the renewed period and digital services are made available immediately. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, inaccessible service caused by our systems, and rights provided by applicable law.
Effect of a refund or cancellation
A refund may end paid access immediately. A normal cancellation ends paid access after the current term. Your self-hosted public site and WordPress content are not deleted. Managed Insights, Smart Links, Campaigns, Fans, connected-service synchronization, subscription support, and new private updates may stop after the entitlement ends. Free self-hosted features remain available under the applicable software terms.
Third-party charges
Advertising spend, payment-processing charges collected by another seller, hosting, merchandise production, taxes, provider subscriptions, and other third-party costs are governed by those providers and are not refundable by DRVVYN Sound LLC.
How to request help
Use the Support page or email hello@drvvynsound.com. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor; processing time depends on that provider and your financial institution.
